	This charming 1906 catskills rental cottage has been lovingly restored to enhance and renew the original quality craftsmanship that is found throughout the home. Chestnut woodwork and hardwood flooring adds an irreplaceable charm and a distinctive fieldstone fireplace is the focal point of the downstairs living space. A large deck extending from the living room stands high above the yard below and overlooks a stand of pines that add to the peaceful setting.
	"Princess in the Pines Catskills Rental " offers 2 bedrooms, one queen, one full; 2 full baths, and pocket doors in the first floor sitting room, allowing our guests the comfort of total privacy when using the full size futon for added sleeping space.
	A fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD and high speed internet access (coming this summer!) lets our guests keep in touch with the outside world (if they desire!) and a place to prepare meals for those who prefer to dine at home. Whether your stay is for a weekend, a week or longer, "Princess in the Pines Catskills Rental" is sure to captivate you with its magic, sending you back home with a sense of renewal and delight.

RATES and POLICIES
	$900 weekly
	$475/ 2 night week-end
	$550/ 3 night week-end
	8.25% sales tax and $50.00 cleaning fee are not included.
	Your reservation is not confirmed until a 30% security deposit has been received by money order or personal check. Cancellation 14 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation 7 days prior to your arrival date, the full deposit will be retained. There will be no refund for early departure.


RESTRICTIONS
	No Smoking - No Pets 4-wheel drive is highly recommended for winter access. Driveway is short but steep.
